All Star Purchasing has been named one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work for 2025 by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and Workforce Research Group—ranking 4th among small businesses. This marks All Star’s 7th consecutive year receiving the honor.
The award is based on a detailed evaluation of workplace policies and benefits (20%) and anonymous employee feedback (80%) across nine key areas, including culture, leadership, diversity, and work-life balance.
